Boone County High Point Trip Report

We used a slightly different route to the CoHP. From the gated/posted road
where Hans Haustein parked, we continued west about 1/4 mile to the junction of
Hill Top Road and Baca Road. (This is a total of 1.8 miles from Route 43.)
Turn right (north) onto Baca Road and immediately park. Find an ATV track that
winds northeast to within approximately 100 yards from the COHP area;
leave track and wander right (southeast). Soda pop can is still on the branch.
Round trip is about 1/2 mile.
