Desha County High Point Trip Report

HP is right off of the Arkansas River. A home called "Billy River Place" appears to be on top of the highest point. Address is 33 Old Hunter. I talked to the owner and was able to walk around backyard and other areas. He mentioned he has old photos of the area back when the river swelled and flooded. From the photos, his land was some of the only visible area that was not submerged, confirming it was the highest point.
