Thunder Butte (9836 ft)

There are two access roads on the south side, both leading to Shrewsbury Gulch.
We parked at the western access road, then did a detour along the west fence-line
of the private property astride the road. Once north of the private property we
hiked up the road until we came to the southwest slope of Thunder Butte.
We then traversed high on that slope to the saddle in the ridge southeast of the summit,
and then gained the top.
