Kit Carson County High Point Trip Report

Called up the Bledsoe Ranch at 8:15 AM. Mrs. Bledsoe took my information then called me back pronto after talking to her husband and said to come on down. I left the Denver area and arrived at the ranch around 11:30 AM.

It took me about 2 hours to check out the high points of Cheyenne and Kit Carson counties. On the way back I chatted with Mr. Bledsoe for awhile. He was very friendly and glad people could enjoy his land. He said it'd been about 6 months since anyone visited, although he appeared to prefer that to a couple years ago when he said it was very busy.
