The 4 areas that are candidates for Lincoln County's HP are within a half mile of each other, one on the west county line and the other 3 on or near the north county line. I agree completely with the guidebook authors that the area that is about 0.4 mile east of the west county line is the highest. This is a drive-up on a public right-of-way.
