Sussex County Highpoint Trip Report

I have nothing to add concerning the western spot on the hunting club land but I have some information for the eastern three spots. None of these three points are owned by the man whose house is closest to them. He told me that the road he lives on does not dead end but degenerates further and loops back to where Cadd Road makes a sharp right to head east to pavement. This makes driving in to his house unnecessary, which is good since it is both posted and mucky. He also told me to follow Cadd Road north to the sharp right. Of the three trailers on this road, the actual owner of the easternmost possibility for the CoHP lives in the one to the right (farthest from the hp).

With permission, I walked past the other two trailers to the trail part of the road. This easternmost bump is very brushy. I then continued on the trail west to find the two middle bumps. Soon I came to the edge of the State Line Ranch property (road and fenced horse pasture obvious across a line of briars). The two bumps are clearly inside the horse pasture, as reported previously. The northeastern of the two is certainly higher.
