I used Ken Jones' trip report for this one,
which will get you to the top. Google Earth is also handy.
You can follow ski resort roads and ski trails to
here.
From here you make a steep bushwhack beeline to the summit ridge and you are as
good as there.
Just after reaching the ridge, I noticed a big snowboard attached vertically to
a tree. This looks like a memorial to someone.
Perhaps when they held the wake they also left the two unopened cans of beer in
the little green "dog house" near the top of Bonneville.
