A flat rise in desolate western IL farmland, this cohp should be combined with Henderson and McDonough. Dick Ellsworth's write-up got me to this spot. Note that US67 is recently expanded and bypasses some smaller towns. Something about this wide-open landscape captured my fancy and I've placed it on my Top Ten list for IL.
