A distinct rise in farmland in northwestern IL, several miles north of I-88, this HP turned out to be the last one I visited in IL. The owners allowed me to Martinize it, so I have a photo of my Bronco sitting atop this county's highpoint. The owners could recount each highpointer who have visited this spot, not by name, but by physical characteristics. That was a hoot and a pleasant way to end the silly search for county highpoints in Illinois that took me 6 years to do.
