Go north on IN 227 from Richmond for 10 miles to County Line Road. Turn left (west) for 1 mile and turn left again onto Elliott Road. Park on the shoulder after 0.3 mile, at the end of woods. Walk about 50 yards along the woods to a rock cairn. While privately owned, you do not need to get permission and it is always open. No views, but enjoy the new register!
