At the junction of US-81 and US-24, zero odometer.

0.0 US-81 at US-24 – Go east on US-24.
7.0 North 210th Road – Turn left (north).

13.0 Jade Road – Turn right (east) and drive through Aurora.
You can also hit Jade Road by going south about 8 miles on US-81
from Concordia. Go east on Jade Road to Aurora.
15.0 CR-803 (North 230th Road) – Turn right (south) – Dirt.
18.0 CR-382 (Gold Road) – Turn right (west). Sign says “Dead End”.
18.6 End of road at Gravel Pit – Park at the green gate.

The peak is 0.5 mile southwest through pastures, down and up or keep high by going west, then south. Go over a bump and go southwest (my return route). There is a pallet to help you over the first fence. Be kind to the cows and avoid their fertilizer contributions.
