Green County High Point Trip Report

For the southern point take Highway 68 north out of Edmonton for about 6 miles and turn right onto KY highway 745. Follow this for about 4 miles to the Green county line and pull into the driveway on the left because there is nowhere else to park. The highpoint is either just on the right side of the road at the county line sign, or on the right side of the driveway just past the house. The roadside seems to be slightly higher.

For the northern area, take Highway 61 northwest out of Greensburg a few miles to the Larue county line and turn left onto Bird Road. The road veers left (south), then a Bird Road goes to the right, but continue straight for about 0.5 mile to a gated driveway on the right that leads up to a trailer home and house. Nobody was home, but the gate was open. We knocked at the house and trailer. The highest point of the contour seems to be at the site of the trailer home. We couldn't find BM Creel, and couldn't ask since no one was around.
