From the junction of Bypass US 60 and KY 56, southeast of Morganfield, go east 0.9 mile on 56 to the turnoff into the wildlife management area. Follow the decent gravel road 2.0 miles to the lookout tower and park. From here, hike the old woods road mostly west along the ridgeline to the other two bumps. The tower area felt considerably higher but hand leveling is not possible.

The gravel road continues past the tower and drops off the mountain -- not shown on the topo. I thought the name was unusual and found that chalybeate ("kuh-LIB-ee-it") means "containing or impregnated with salts of iron, as in a mineral spring or medicine."
