De Soto Parish High Point Trip Report

From Mansfield, LA I took US 84 west, then out Radio Station Road (rough paved, then dirt), then a short way out Pink Davis Road (didn't see a sign for it) to a Y with locked gate on the left, a "hunting for members only" sign, posted.

Walked northwest on the road past a gas pipeline to an intersection with a road going west-southwest. Bushwhacked through pines and horrible thorns and vines to hp (415) at (32° 2.375' N, 93° 46.884' W). Walked all over the area getting bloodied.

Trip statistics: 1.75 hours, 3.5 miles, 450 feet of gain. No view.
