West Carroll Parish High Point Trip Report

This is a very easy highpoint. To reach the West Carroll Parish highpoint, drive west from the US Highway 65
and State Highway 555 junction on Highway 555 for 3.6 miles until reaching Langston Road. Turn north on
Langston Road (gravel) and continue for 0.6 mile until the road ends in a grassy area.
When I was there the grass had been recently mowed so walking to the highpoint was really easy.
The highpoint area is located about 300 feet north of where the road ends.
The actual highpoint was difficult to determine, so strolling around is necessary. There were no postings.
The coordinates of the highpoint are (33.0021 deg N, 91.2882 deg W).
Note: Chicot County, AR can be reached in about 20 minutes from the West Carroll Parish highpoint.
