When the contour interval is set to 1 meter one teeny
area becomes the HP at about 16.19 meters at
36.35017, -76.55599. This is shown in the
Perquimans 16.19 meters.jpg.
Another small area is seen just 20 meters north.

When the contour interval is then set to "Dynamic"
the above area enlarges, and a second area becomes
visible at 36.33696, -76.55530
It is about 16.07 meters high, or about 5 inches lower
than 16.19 meters.
