TLDR:  
    LiDAR shows HP at a slightly different location
    than LOJ & PB as of May 2023.

    Looking at 
    https://apps.nationalmap.gov/3depdem/
    shows that per LiDAR info the current HP is about
    800 feet NW of the big area shown on the
    current quad. (Crawford_LiDAR_HP_375_ft.jpg)

    Google Earth (Crawford_Hill.jpg) is using the
    LiDAR elevations, and matches up well with
    3depdem.

    The LiDAR contours (Crawford_LiDAR_HP_375_ft.jpg)
    seem to show much of the hilltop is very level. This
    is possibly a man made alteration. An old topo
    map (Sandy_Hook_1888_map.jpg)
    shows a more natural topography in 1888, if we can
    trust these contours (not very much). So it is possible
    that dozer/scraper work has lowered the former HP
    enough to move the current HP to the NW.
