Hampden County Highpoint Trip Report
Round Top Hill
Date: July 26, 2008
Author: Scott Cockrell
This was relatively easy once I found the first white blaze. I went up Round
Top Hill Road, not being sure of the crest, then found the little cemetery on
the left. I turned around and went back only a couple of tenths of a mile,
and found a blaze (on the left as I was going, on the right on the way in).
There is a blue-blazed road just a little further from the highway than the trail is,
on the opposite side of the road from the trail and on the same side as the cemetery.
I followed the well-blazed but ungraded trail up to the summit and
found three copper markers easily.
