Cecil County Highpoint Trip Report

Glenn Bock's directions were right on the money. Here is some additional information.

As I arrived a gentleman was backing out of his garage, it was the land/home owner Mr. Holbrook. He informed me that there are three Bench Markers and were used for triangulation, reason unknown.

He said it was ok to look around his area for the markers and then he left for breakfast. The BM 535 mentioned in Glenn's report is behind a small barn and small, canvas-covered shelter. The second BM is located in his neighbors backyard, who were not home. I wasn't able to locate the third. I explained hp'n and cohp'n to Mr. Holbrook. He seemed very willing to lead HP'ers onto his property.
