From the intersection of I-69, exit 176 at Capac Road, zero odometer.

0.0   I-69 at Capac Road - go north on Capac Road. 3.7   Foley Road - Turn right (east).

5.1   Park at driveway on the right. Sign saying Hackman at 14323 Foley Road.

I walked up the driveway to the grey house and was confronted by a man with a gun. I held my hands up and said there was no need to shoot me. He said that I didn't look like a woodchuck (debatable) so he wouldn't shoot. After explaining my mission, he allowed me to circle the house which sat on top of area #1. He asked if I had a GPS unit to verify the location and when I said I did, he looked at it and agreed that we were standing at the high point (I didn't mention the 7 other points in contention).

Walking northeast across the road, I found a hay barn sitting on top of Area #2, not much higher than the road and lower than #1. Just beyond, to the east is area #3, not very clearly defined and no higher than area #2. Back at my car, I continued driving east.

5.2   Hackman Road comes in on the left. Park at the turnout on the right.

Area #4 is northeast just 0.1 mile through the brush. Cross Hackman Road hiking west, climb the berm and go to the top of Area #5. Area #6 is clearly defined 0.1 mile farther north at the edge of the field. Return to the car and continue driving east on Foley Road.

5.4   Pull into the driveway at 14160 Foley Road on the left.

With permission, hike a little over 0.1 mile northwest into the woods for area #7. Drive Back to Hackman Road.

5.7   Hackman Road, gravel - Turn right (north).

6.0   At 5172 Hackman Road, get permission to hike west across the road,
through a pasture and into the woods about 0.17 mile for area #8.
If I were to guess, this area appeared to be the highest. Who knows?
