Norman County High Point Trip Report

Frenchman's Bluff (1,350+ ft)

Date: May 29, 2002
Author: Dan Richardson

A mile and a quarter off Highway 113 on CR 36 is a sign on the west side of the highway that reads "Frenchman's Bluff Scientific and Natural Area". You can park on the small access road. Walk on the highway north for another couple hundred meters to the crest of the hill. From here you can walk northwest along the ridge line for a quarter-mile to the first hp. It's easy to pick out.

Continue on for another eighth of a mile, crossing a fence and onto private land, to the second hp, where the BM is located. The view is open and great in all directions from both points.
