The north area is an easily accessible water tower.
The south area has a high fence in front of it. I hiked through the open gate
and up to the water tower and fenced radio tower. The water tower looked slightly higher
than the fenced radio tower. I also found a 4 ft. high pile of fresh dirt behind
the water tower, the temporary highest point.
