Barry County High Point Trip Report

From the junction of MO112, MODD, and MO37 in Seligman, head south on MO37 for only 1.9 miles until
you reach the junction of FR2300 on the left. Turn here (east) and only 0.5 mile later the road gently
reaches a crest. Park here. Immediately to your right is a small cleared field surrounded by a barbed wire fence.
Not posted. We wandered a bit down the road to nearby house and asked permission to enter the area.
A man answered door and said he didn't care since he didn't own the property. We went on back and
found an area to squeeze through to the HP area which is close to where we parked in the field.
For the second area, continue down the road from where you parked for another 0.4 of a mile to a driveway
on the left marked by numerous mailboxes. We turned on up the driveway (north) and followed it a bit to
where it ended at a old white house, passing another home along the way. We knocked at the house that is
built directly on the small HP area. The home appeared abandoned so we just walked around the house.
HP appears to be around back on the northeast corner by a tree.
