Cass County High Point Trip Report

From Louisburg, KS drive east on Kansas 68 3.5 miles to the Missouri state line, continue east 1 mile to a
stop sign. Turn right and go south about 2.7 miles and the turn right onto a gravel road. This crosses a
railroad track, then goes steeply uphill to a left turn. Park here.
The southern area is along the road to the left, so drive or walk about 150 feet to the road crest. The other
area is to the north in a horse pen behind a house. Nobody was home, so I crossed the Kansas fence and
walked north about 200 feet to the highest point of the fence line and put my foot under the fence and
touched it firmly to the highpoint. Both areas seem about the same height.
