From I-44, 30 miles northeast of Springfield, take exit 113 and drive west on road M. After a mile, at a Y, take the right fork which is road B. Drive about 0.2 mile to the first area on the east side of the road.

The next area is just a bit farther on the west side of the road in the yard of a house. Here a nice lady showed us around the yard where we found the highest ground somewhat north of the house. She was delighted to know that one of the cohp areas was in her yard.

For the other 2 areas, backtrack a mile to where road Y leaves road M to the southwest. Drive on road Y southwest a couple of miles to the Starvey Creek road and then go south 0.2 mile to the Dallas County Line Road. Drive this road east till it dead-ends almost at the interstate. From here is one of those roads to a house where you go over the hp areas before reaching the house. The first area is near the junction and the second is near a cattle guard. Only the area west of the road is in Dallas county.
