Phelps County High Point Trip Report

These areas are in the extreme southeast corner of Phelps county on CR6340. There are several ways to approach.
We came from CR257 in Dent county, off of road C south of Lenox, which was reached by
going west on road H from Salem. The Phelps county line is just a couple of miles west of road C.
Both areas are either on or just barely off the road right-of-way.
The western area is just east of a road leading south a half mile west of the Dent-Phelps county line.
The hp is only a hundred yards or so south of CR6340.
The eastern area is just south of CR6340 a quarter mile west of the county line. Both of these areas are
practically gimmes.
