The almost-10-year-old report by Fred Lobdell is still accurate. The ridge with
the HP is between 2 houses, with 13318 Quarterhorse Run being the northernmost house.
The woods are still undeveloped and not posted. I was able to find the
BM next to a NOAA plastic survey stake. The rock outcroppings east of the BM
are slightly higher.
A few weeks prior, my wife and I looked at a house just down the road to buy.
At the time I was not aware this neighborhood contained the HP.
