Mecklenburg County Highpoint Trip Report

Access to this point has changed due to a brand new housing development directly on the HP ridge.
Where the dirt track used to be is now Christenbury Hills Drive. Take a left and follow it until the end of
pavement in 200 yards or so. I parked here and followed the extremely muddy graded extension of the road around
the back of the development to the obvious HP just beyond the fence.
Amazingly, Andy's cairn is still standing proud perhaps 10 feet from the boundary fence.
