When I first did this CoHP in 1998, I lay on my stomach on the grass in front of
Harris Chapel and sighted with my hand level on the large white house to its southeast.
By my sighting, I was looking at the porch railing on the white house,
several feet above the ground. So I concluded that the ground at Harris
Chapel was definitely higher than that around the house and didn't bother to
visit that area. I did visit the house across the street from the chapel.
However, Bill Jacobs's report says that he thought the ground around the white
house was higher. So Mike Schwartz sighted with his hand level and confirmed my
observations. Our conclusion is that the area around the white house need not
be visited and, indeed, the ground around the chapel is the true HP.
