From NE-4 (East Helmeck Street) and Broad Street in Campbell, zero your odometer.

0.0 NE-4 at Broad Street – Go north on Broad Street through town.
1.0 Road Y, unsigned at a T junction – Turn right (east).
1.3 44 Road, unsigned – Turn left (north).
2.4 High point on the road – Park.

There’s a pipe on the right and a track through the corn going east (the north county line?). The road looks higher than anything east or southeast. Higher areas seen to the north are in Adams County.

This was an unexpected gimme. The roads are OK for any vehicle. Not knowing just where the county line is, I walked the road 0.2 mile north and 0.2 mile south from my vehicle.

If coming from the east on NE-4 and approaching Campbell, you will see a road signed County Line Road. Ignore it, it goes nowhere.
