From junction of NJ 24 and County 525 in the center of Mendham, take 525 south for 1.7 miles to a right turn at Bliss Road. Take Bliss, which becomes Dryden Road at the Somerset County line, for 2.8 miles to Turnbull Lane. Left on Turnbull for .3 miles to intersection. Right on Claremont for about 200 yards.

Park on shoulder and walk east into the woods along the driveway with mailbox numbered 451. Stay left to bypass private home, and work your way to the highest point. This is a high tick-threat area, so a thorough check is highly advisable in warm weather.
