five areas on Harbor Hill in village of East Hills (360+ ft)
A tree to the east of #50 Ash Drive seems to be the highest ground here in
Clarence Hungerford Mackay's old estate.
cul-de-sac on Clock Tower Lane in Old Westbury (360+ ft)
From Harbor Hill, descend back down Ash to Harbor Hill Road and make the left
that takes you further downhill a short distance to Roslyn Road. Turn right and
descend under the LIRR tracks into Roslyn. Road becomes Main Street.
Bear right onto East Broadway after some further descent. Follow this to
Old Northern Boulevard, then uphill past shopping plaza to Hempstead Turnpike
(NY 25A), a nice wide divided road. Continue ahead past North Hempstead-Oyster Bay
town line and C.W. Post campus to Whitney Lane on right in wooded area.
Turn and follow Whitney south about a mile or so to Wheatley Road junction.
Turn right then a quick left to Clock Tower Lane.
Follow uphill to cul-de-sac and HP area per previous reports.
