Otsego County Highpoint Trip Report

I scouted the route on Lutheranville Road used by others but found it posted.
The spillway road had two campers parked along it and no trespassing signs
(and a tow away zone sign). I drove over to the Sisson Road access and found this to
be both easier and not posted. The only thing I would add is that the area
where the southwestern contour is located has been clear-cut. The good news is
that this allows some partial views to the west. The bad news is that brambles
have begun to take over the area and grass and small bushes hide some
significant skidder ruts making walking somewhat difficult. Later in the year
when the brambles have matured this will not be a particularly pleasant place.
