Cotton County High Point Trip Report

From the west edge of Chattanooga OK, at the county line, go south one mile, then east 2.8 miles.

From west to east: The two areas in T2SR14W section 12, south of hill 1160 feet, were planted in winter wheat. I parked at the gate, open and hiked across the field. I could perceive the slight saddle between the liner and the southwest closed contour. Quite mucky after two days of rain.

The one area in T2SR13W section 6, east of hill 1160 feet, was planted in cotton. The field was manifestly lower than the road margin right-of-way. The field was manifestly very, very mucky. I was satisfied with the road margin.

The two areas in T2SR13W section 3, 3.5 miles east of hill 1160 feet, were uncultivated. The area immediately west and south of the two areas was planted in winter wheat. The road west of the two areas is poor quality. I parked at the tank south of the two areas and hiked across the mucky field to the obvious two-area-rise. Up on the rise the saddle between the two areas is quite minor.
