The north HP area is in the angle between the all-weather (gravel) road and a short oil facility access lane
not shown on the map. It is in woods, about 100 feet from the gravel road on one side and 100 feet from
the oil facility on the other.
The south HP area is about 500 feet from the gravel road. The unimproved (dirt) road shown on the map
can no longer be driven and there is a continuous barbed-wire fence between the HP area and the gravel road.
That counts for private and legally needing permission.
