On U.S. 30 at county line sign for Cowans Gap State Park leads north onto Aughwick Road. Bear right at
0.9 miles onto Tower Road, and reach summit at 2.7 miles. Only tower foundations remain, and I could
not find BM 2458. Walk the margin and interior of the circular road to cover both the Franklin and
Fulton County high points.
