Though technically this is the least likely of the three candidates for Monroe County High Point, it is
probably worth doing anyway if you are in the area doing the other two. The sign for the summit road now reads
"Delaware State Forest Pohopoco Tract". There is a fairly large parking area on the left a bit less than
0.1 mile in and the road is gated just above this point (gate placed in June 2003, according to sign),
so you will have to walk the remaining 0.5 mile.
Near the summit there is a blue-blazed footpath that passes a viewpoint and leads to the tower.
