The cut off dates for these big updates are: April 30 August 31 December 31 Thus a good time to send in your update infomation is in the week before these dates, or within a few days after the date, if you are offline. However you are welcome to send in information more often, say after a big hiking vacation. Probably best not to send in more than one update per month, to make my life a bit easier.
