Unfortunately, we didn't write down mileage for this one but the final turn to the right (west-southwest) is from FR S-33-366 onto dirt FR 563-A. From this junction, you are about a half mile to a parking spot near the cohp.

Also, note that Leroy's Ferry Campground (Sumter National Forest) is at the end of S-33-366, only a few miles past the cohp. There are a few signs to this campground that can help you navigate towards the cohp. We stayed at the campground (10 nice sites near Savannah River / Thurmond Lake, $5/night, boat landing); we were the only ones there and enjoyed it a lot (got a nice coyote serenade under the big moon).
