From Exit 112 on I-90, drive east on US 14 for 4 miles to Quinn. Turn left on Quinn Road and drive north for 8.8 miles to where the pavement stops at Kelly Hill Road. Turn right on Kelly Hill Road and drive east 8 miles to an intersection where you turn left and go north another 9.3 miles to an intersection with a track going off to the east. As the road jogs east, then west, watch for a dark blue water tank on the left side of the road. Turn left onto the first track road north of the water tank and drive 0.5 mile west to a fence with a sign that indicates the area to the west is a walk-in nature preserve.

Park here, and hike south along the fence line to the ridge and HP area. When I visited, the wheat on the east side of the fence had just been harvested, so it was possible to drive up along the eastern edge of the fence to the ridge. The highest ground is clearly west of the fence along the grassy ridge, a little more than 0.5 mile west of the water tank.
