From I-90 exit 248 near Reliance, drive north 7.3 miles on SD 47. Where SD47 completes a turn to the east,
make a sharp turn west on a road that leads to a radio tower. Drive 0.9 mile, taking a left at a fork,
to the tower enclosure. Walk right along the fenced tower area, cross a cattle fence,
and climb the steep grass slopes to the hp.
