From Montalba on TX19 north of Palestine, drive north on TX19 and soon turn right on CR453,
right on CR450 after 2 miles, left on CR452 at a "T", and north to where a lookout tower shows
on the topo map. There is no lookout tower, just a nice home.
Here I met 2 men, on of whom offered to unlock a gate and drive with me part way to the hps.
This put me east of the southern hp. It was an easy walk through pasture to the 2 hps.
The western one, which is tree-covered, may well be the higher.
