I drove by main highways to Wichita Falls, Wichita Co. and on to the city of Electra. I drove south of
Electra on hwy. 25. A half-mile past the first FM road junction I turned off on an unimproved, presumed
private road, over a cattle guard and 0.5 mile west to the oil tank/stuff on top of the hill. I wandered
around. The oil people have built a spill containment berm around the tank and that is the highest ground
in Wichita co. No open flames are permitted in the vicinity.
