From Bear Lake I drove on US hwy. 89 "south" (west) over Bear Lake Summit.
A few miles past the Summit I turned right (north) on the Swan Flats road.
A few miles further brought me to where the "jeep" road heads east towards Swan Pk.
I would say it makes a better ORV trail.
The ORV trail climbs very steeply up
several hundred feet before traversing level just below a rocky ridge crest.
At this point I left the trail, climbed up through the rocks and bushwhacked northeast
to the 9255' summit. It is marked by a cairn.
