Fred Lobdell's report is still valid. My edition of Delorme showed the city/county line farther west and thus not including Ingles Mountain in Radford City. On the ground, the city line signs were all the way east to the edge of I-81, so the highpoint on Ingles Mountain is clearly with Radford City.
