City boundaries have changed, with the previous 100+ foot

at WGS84 (37.25944° N, 76.73217° W) or
area 2
at WGS84 (37.29408° N, 76.72688° W) no longer supporting the highest ground.
The traditional USGS topographic chart does not display this shift.
The new highpoint
at WGS84 (37.27959° N, 76.73847° W) lies within a 120+ foot contour.
Reports numbered 1 through 4 are no longer relevant, yet are retained for historical and personal interest.
Upon learning of the altered city boundary Bob Schwab
immediately investigated,
finding it worthwhile visiting the nearby 110+ foot contours.
