Hooker, NE was very memorable for me (along with Garden which was already mentioned), and I'm sure that some of the other western Nebraska ones will be great once I get to them. McPherson was a nice hike too, although it was a little shorter from where we started.

For Iowa I'd nominate Harrison County because BM SEA had a lot of gain and the route went through a boy scout forest that was pretty scenic. (Also LiDAR elevations show BM SEA to be one of only two contours within a safe margin of error to be the highest.) I also had a great hike to get to the Monona cohp in the Loess Hills State Forest, the catch is that you can almost drive to the top, but if you're the type that would hike Pike's Peak, than you had better pick one of the various trails that goes up to the highpoint that gets you a few hundred feet of gain here, too. I have yet to visit any others that have a decent hike, though. Hopefully Iowa doesn't fail to make the crucial benchmark of five.
