Greetings,

Suffolk County MA has three other cities within it; Chelsea, Winthrop and
Revere. I know this because that is where I grew up. :)

We still have some county-level government in MA, but by and large, it is
no longer a thing here.

I

Micah

Accidentally hit "send" before I was finished.

I have played around in my head regarding a high point list for every MA
city and town. Could be an amusing occupation for those days when I can't
drive to a mountain.

But I will accept any rules that you feel necessary to your freedom. I am

The local expert is apparently correct

> We still have some county-level government in MA, but by and large, it is no longer a thing here

A friend living in Hudson MA near I-495 was summoned for Middlesex county jury duty, downtown in Cambridge, so counties still exist to that extent

My understanding is that in Rhode Island as well, county government as such no longer exists.
