It was a bit hazy, but very nice. The drive from Reddish Knob was very nice, but the winding roads and ups and downs were impressive. My sons found a puddle on the concrete pad beneath the lookout tower, and they splashed for a while. That's how kids cope with their parent's strange hobbies. We enjoyed the loop trail from the tower.
