This effort was part of a larger journey to complete Vermont and reach the Ontario province highpoint in October 2011.

This note assumes one takes the most popular route, one described most succinctly by Brennan Connelley.

Stay straight at (42.70031° N, 71.90425° W) rather than turning right.

Stay straight at (42.70657° N, 71.90163° W) rather than turning left.

Turn right at (42.70634° N, 71.90007° W), a "T"-junction.

Turn left at (42.70584° N, 71.89955° W) onto a dirt two-track.

Highpoint at (42.70639° N, 71.89768° W) has rocks embedded along the ridgeline and perpendicular to the two-track.
Note the intentionally-placed branches also marking this ridgeline, and, presumably, the county line as well.
